Blade Hardness: Spine: 22-25 RC, Belly: 45Nepali Farmer Khukuri: This is Day to Day using farmer khukuri in the countryside of Nepal. This is the real working khukuri. The blade is featured with a totally RAW for durability and rust-free knives. The blade is in raw form and not polished to maintain the level of balance water temper on the edge which makes the blade stronger. Since the blade is Raw I made it a Panawal version called Full Tang construction for the more durable handle. The handle was attached to three metal rivets and a Lanyard hole. Especially it would be used in various like Jungle bushes, firewood, meat, bone clearing & bushes, etc.

    Not a made in US Kabar. Made in Taiwan. Still Kabar, and quite nice nonetheless. Paper slicing sharp out of the box. Feels good in the hand.

    I haven’t used my Kukri other than swinging it through the air, but I’ve had K-Bars in the past, and they held up.
    It seems as sturdy as other K-Bar products that I’ve had, and I really like the weight and balance. The only negative thing is that the sheath/scabbard seems a little on the cheap side.

    Before you put it in the sheath tape up the inside rivets tho….
