The tamarind is imported from Africa as well as the purple heartwood from tropical South America. This blade is 7″ with the handle being 4″ this blade will fit any size hand. This razor-sharp carbon steel blade is a kitchen essential.

These knives are great.
I had a set of hinkles With a forged blade They cut the same and the blade retention is identical. I like a cutlock’s knives because they’re weighted in the handle. And they’re actually bat once I would highly recommend them. Especially for the price.
