  1. Bicam

It is a very beautiful knife. I can cut my carpaccio very slim.

  2. Bigogo

The handle is comfortable. The blade comes very sharp. During food prep, I use a pinch grip on the blade. It seemed comfortable at first. After about 30 minutes of prep work, my finger was feeling sore. That’s when I realized the spine had a rather sharp feel. Not a blade sharp but an angle sharp. I used a file to smooth that angle a tiny bit. Only a few passes on each side. That’s why I gave this a 4 star rating. Now, I love using this knife.

  3. Fipovew

I was impressed with this knife, both aesthetically and functionally. The inlay on the handle actually makes it more appealing, usually this comes off as tacky in my opinion but the ZF pulled it off nicely.
