Custom Paring Knife – Hand Forged Kitchen Knife

Handmade paring knife with classic lines and traditional materials. Made from 1084 high carbon steel, with a simple cocobolo handle affixed to the tang with brass pins, this ~6″ paring knife is designed for functionality. The clean lines and comfortable grip ensure hours of easy use in the kitchen, with all sharp edges rounded and polished and a smooth, satin finish on the scales. Clean and oil blade after each use, not dishwasher safe. Handmade right here in Maine.
