I like it!
This knife was a pleasant surprise at this price!
I use it to chop salad greens.
The leather case is a nice; the strap closure seemed a bit snug and will loosen with use.
I ordered a wood cutting board with a bowl shape cut into it to fit the knife.
I like it far better for cutting greens than a straight knife.
One can spend a lot more on one of these knives. I take good care of knife and think its special. Its my first knife of this type.

Bought for my fiancé after he saw it on a tv show. It is so beautifully crafted. He wanted one to slice meat with but it’s such a gorgeous piece of craftsmanship he doesn’t want to use it now, just brags about it.

Properly honed these things are wicked good for one thing. If you know you know. Keep it oiled ‘eh. Five stars because I have nothing bad to report.
